You have the opportunity to make a voluntary contribution to the work of Marienlyst Castle.
The contribution is given without compensation and is used to support the further development and operation of the castle.

Marienlyst Castle is much more than a historical site. It is a living place where culture, experiences and community meet – and where past and present speak together.

The work to open and develop Marienlyst Castle is being done without permanent support from the state or municipality . The renovation of the castle's interior has been made possible through private foundation donations, while the further development and daily operations are based on our own efforts, partnerships and support from many.

After many years of persistent work, the funds have been secured for an extensive interior renovation and the castle will open in the spring of 2026. This is a major milestone. But the work does not stop there.

To open the castle and bring it to life – also in the years to come – we continue to need support.
