On days with many visitors, there may therefore be a waiting time.

Experience the King's Chambers

The historic King's Chambers now form the setting for guided tours, lectures, meetings, parties, and special events. Therefore, the King's Chambers on the castle's 2nd floor are not part of the general access to the castle and can only be experienced at selected times.

We continuously arrange special guided tours and experiences where you get the opportunity to enter the King's Chambers and get closer to the castle's history.

From time to time, you can also experience the King's Chambers as part of special experience packages – for example, events where food, history, and the historical surroundings are combined.

If you are a larger group, we are also happy to arrange a special guided tour by appointment.

If you visit Marienlyst Castle in connection with a meeting, conference, or corporate event, a guided tour can also be part of your day at the castle. The same applies to parties and private gatherings, where we are happy to help put together a program that combines the historical setting with the story of the castle.
