Depending on the chosen meeting package, the day can be arranged with morning catering, lunch, coffee, tea, cold drinks, homemade cakes, and afternoon catering.

Marienlyst Palace is located with views of the palace gardens and the Øresund, and also close to Helsingør's old town.
From Helsingør Station, there are good train connections to Copenhagen. The local train towards Gilleleje stops at Marienlyst Station near the palace, and there are several hotels within walking distance.
