Kongens Køkken (The King's Kitchen) is located in the historic room where the palace's kitchen and fireplace were also situated under King Frederik V. Today, you can take a seat under the beautiful vaulted ceiling and enjoy good food and home-baked goods with a view of the palace garden.
Here we serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, light meals, snacks and home-baked cakes. You are welcome whether you are visiting the palace, taking a walk in the garden, or simply want to stop by for a cup of coffee, a good lunch, or something sweet.
When the weather permits, you can take a seat in the garden and enjoy your meal outdoors with a view of the palace and Øresund.
The kitchen draws inspiration from seasonal ingredients, the palace's history, and the stories of Marienlyst. The result is contemporary dishes suitable for everyday visits, special occasions, and a pleasant moment before or after an experience at the palace.
