Become part of the Community around Marienlyst Palace
Marienlyst Palace is a historic site in motion.
After extensive renovation, we are opening our doors to exhibitions, events, garden activities, and social initiatives – and we need engaged people around us.
As a volunteer, you become part of the Community around Marienlyst Palace.
Here you contribute with your time, experience, ideas, and commitment – and help create presence, hospitality, and quality for the palace's guests.
There's room for both hands and minds.
For those who want to get practically involved.
For those who want to communicate, organize, develop, or build relationships.
You decide how much and how you want to participate. Sign up here :-)
You can, for example, engage in:
-

- Event & Hospitality – setup, guest service, ticket scanning, seating, tidying up.
- Exhibition Hosts – calm presence, guest dialogue, light communication, consideration for works/security.
- Communication & Marketing – SoMe, website, newsletters, photo/film, graphics, PR.

How it works
All volunteers are invited to a startup meeting and receive an introduction to the place, tasks, and collaboration.
You become part of a team with an MSV coordinator and a contact person from the palace, so roles and expectations are always clear.
As a volunteer, you will be invited to special events and communal volunteer days and help bring Marienlyst Palace to life – both in everyday life and at special events.
Contact us if you want to know more about being a volunteer at Marienlyst Palace.
