Historic meeting rooms
At Marienlyst Castle, meetings do not take place in traditional conference rooms, but in the castle's historic chambers and halls.
The rooms are generally arranged with round tables accommodating up to eight participants per table. Other table arrangements can be agreed upon depending on the meeting's format, program, and number of participants.
The King's Room
Up to 50 participants in a meeting setup and up to 70–80 participants in a theatre setup. Minimum 25 participants for meeting packages.
An atmospheric and distinguished venue for meetings, presentations, workshops, and joint discussions.
The final capacity depends on the table arrangement, stage, technical equipment, and the overall content of the event.
The King's Hall
Up to 50 participants in a meeting setup and up to 70–80 participants in a theatre setup. Minimum 25 participants for meeting packages.
A historic and inviting venue for meetings, lectures, presentations, and joint gatherings.
The final capacity depends on the table arrangement, stage, technical equipment, and the overall content of the event.
Lilli's Room
Up to 15 participants, minimum 12 participants
A flexible room for smaller meetings, workshops, and group work.
Lilli's Room can be booked as a standalone meeting room or as an additional group room in conjunction with a larger meeting.
The Yellow Cabinet
Up to 10 participants, minimum 8 participants
A smaller and atmospheric room for board meetings, confidential conversations, and group work.
The Yellow Cabinet can be booked as a standalone meeting room or as an additional group room in conjunction with a larger meeting.
The Loggia
Up to 16 participants, minimum 12 participants
The Loggia is a bright and atmospheric conservatory on the castle's 1st floor with views of the castle gardens.
The room is openly connected to the exhibition and is suitable for smaller and informal meetings, lunches, receptions, and smaller gatherings. It can also be used as a separate dining area in conjunction with meetings and events at the castle.
As the Loggia is openly connected to the exhibition, it is not suitable for meetings requiring full confidentiality.
Additional rooms
Lilli's Room, The Yellow Cabinet, and The Loggia can be added as group rooms, extra meeting rooms, or separate dining areas in conjunction with larger meetings in The King's Room or The King's Hall.
