St. Martin's Eve in the King's Chamber
An autumn evening with duck, game and the taste of history
Step inside Marienlyst Castle, as we invite you to St. Martin's Eve in the King's Chamber with a view of the Øresund Strait.
This evening, we will set the table for an atmospheric dinner inspired by autumn ingredients, the hunting season, and the rich, spiced flavours that have traditionally been found in royal kitchens throughout history.
In the King's Kitchen, we interpret the traditional St. Martin's duck with respect for the classic meal, but with our own narrative and a touch of the castle's history. The menu includes game, confit duck, apples, cabbage, prunes, and warm spices.
The dinner is served in the King's Chamber, where there is room for intimacy, good conversations, and a special evening in the company of family and friends.
